There are plenty of opportunities in our Adult Recreation Ministry for fitness or just plain fun. We offer a variety of sports and events that provide opportunities to connect with others, play sports, compete, and become more physically fit. Some have a regular schedule and include league play, while others are available on a more informal basis.
Sports have a universal language and are an excellent tool for getting to know others. If you have a favorite sport or activity, whatever your gifts and physical abilities, we encourage you to use that interest in a way that will honor Christ. Participation is possible as a player, coach, instructor and/or team leader. We also welcome spectators!

Get In Shape for 08!
Get in shape at West Jackson Baptist Church with Kim Laughlin. She has over 20 years experience in fitness and is AFAA and ACE certified. She is offering aerobics on Mondays at 8:00 a.m. and Wednesdays at 12:00 p.m. in the Courts. The cost is $5 per class or $25 a month.
